    Dear Colleagues,

    I am a Ph.D. candidate at Claremont Graduate University, CA. As part of my dissertation, I am studying collegial relationships between female and male faculty. 


    Female faculty, I would really appreciate you taking my survey (15-20 minutes) which includes nominating 2 male colleagues and responding to questions about your relationships with them. Later, the nominated colleagues will also be asked to complete a complementary survey (15-20 minutes). As a token of appreciation, you and your nominated colleagues who complete the survey will receive a $5 Starbucks gift card. This project has received ethics clearance by Claremont Graduate University IRB (IRB #2982).
