Apologies for Cross-Postings!
We are happy to announce that the SUBMISSION PORTAL for the fourth Israel Organizational Behavior Conference (IOBC) is NOW OPEN, and that we are accepting paper and symposia proposals. The IOBC -- cosponsored by Tel Aviv University, Ben Gurion University, Technion, Academy of Management Discoveries and the OB Division of the Academy of Management -- will be held at Tel-Aviv University on January 2-4, 2018.
Conference Theme:
Creativity and Innovation in Organizations and Organizational Science
Keynote Speakers include:
Teresa Amabile (Harvard)
Jack Goncalo (Univ. of Illinois)
Brian Uzzi (Kellogg-Northwestern)
In addition to two parallel tracks relating to the conference theme, a third, general track will run parallel to the two theme-based tracks. Accordingly, while preference will be given to papers and symposia relating to creativity and innovation, we also encourage more general submissions relating to ANY micro, meso, macro or cross-domain issue in OB, I-O Psychology, and OMT.
