Study of Team Experiences and Perspectives - Participation Requested

Have you ever wondered how group project teams get formed? We have, so we are conducting a research study to learn more about college and graduate students' team experiences and perspectives, including aspects of team formation, as part of our doctoral program at the San Diego campus of the California School of Organizational Studies at Alliant International University.

We are seeking student participants from all backgrounds, and are contacting multiple associations, organizations, and listservs to solicit the large student sample size needed. We would very much appreciate your participation! The study is web-based, and all participants will remain anonymous. The study takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. To access the study website and to participate, please click on the following link:

http://loewald.com/RiddleMeThis/users/kgrimstead/ . (Note that, depending on your e-mail system and computer, you may need to copy the URL and paste it into your browser.)

If you know of other potential participants, we would be very grateful if you could forward this request to them and are more than happy to share a summary of our findings when the study is complete. To request a copy of the research report and/or have any questions about the project, please send an e-mail to the research team at the following e-mail address: TKO_AIU@yahoo.com .

Thank you in advance for your time, effort and help.

    Sincerely,
    Tumona Austin (taustin@alliant.edu )
