    Greetings colleagues,

    I recently received a message from Dave Kodner, Ellen's husband,
    regarding the scholarship fund that has been created in her name. I copy
    below sections of his message.

    MESSAGE FROM DAVE KODNER:

    The scholarship fund has been incorporated and I created a web site with
    the basic information: www.elandfund.org

    Over time, I hope to add much more to the web site and would love to be
    able to provide links to your and your colleagues' research as well as
    to highlight GDO activities.

    Please pass the web site info to the GDO listserv and to your students.
    We won't be able to award scholarships for the spring semester, but will
    do so for Fall 2006.

    If anyone has suggestions, there's a feedback page on the web site for
    that purpose.
