Dear Gayle, thanks for alerting us to this - I found 2 places where I think some improvement could be made. The first is in general principle # 3 - where gender identity and sexual orientation are mentioned but not sex - I think we would not want to deny dignity on the basis of sex, which usually means toward women. The other, similarly, is 1.1 in human relations under ethical standards - there it is not missing, but is incorrectly labeled gender instead of sex. I think our division should be clear that we do not want discrimination based on sex, nor on gender or gender identity.
