SMEAL COLLEGE OF BUSINESS
THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY
The Management and Organization Department in the Smeal College of Business at Penn State has two full-time, tenure-track positions open at the assistant or associate level: (1) organizational behavior/human resource management and (2) organization theory/organizational behavior. Strong preference will be given to candidates with publications in premier journals. For the OB/HR position, we are looking for an individual who can teach an MBA-level teams course. Both positions require an earned doctorate. Salary is competitive, depending on qualifications and experience.
The application deadline is October 15, 2006, or until the positions are filled. Please send all application materials electronically (pdf or MS-Word files), including letter of interest, CV, selected publications, and three recommendation letters to (1) obsearch2006@smeal.psu.edu, or (2) otsearch2006@smeal.psu.edu.
