Hello GDO!
The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) is inviting applications for two tenure-track assistant professor positions; one in Strategy and the other in International Management. The positions begin August 2007.
We have a great group of scholars at UWM, and with the recent naming of our school (and 10 million dollar gift) we are on the move! (For a list of faculty and a description of our school of business see: http://www.uwm.edu/Dept/Business/)
UWM is nestled in a beautiful historic neighborhood in Milwaukee, just a few blocks from Lake Michigan. Many faculty members live in the neighborhood and simply walk to work. Of course, that is after your morning run along the shores of Lake Michigan. The quality of life here is quite amazing.
As an urban university, our school also offers great research connections with the local business community (i.e., Harley-Davidson, Miller Brewing, Manpower). Our chancellor, Dr. Carlos Santiago, is dedicated to diversity and our School of Business has achieved a critical mass of senior women.
It makes a difference.

Feel free to contact me (Ragins@uwm.edu) if you have any questions or want to hear more about our School!
See you at Academy! Belle
