    Greetings friends,

I apologize if you receive multiple copies of this announcement, but we want to get the word out as quickly and completely as possible.

We have just received permission to recruit for an open-level position in management, with a specialty in OB/HR. The announcement is copied below. Many of the current faculty do research that relates to managing across differences, and I'd love to be joined by a colleague with interests in diversity. Mason has one of the most diverse student bodies in the U.S. and Northern Virginia is similarly diverse. If you have any potential interest in moving, I hope you will check out the announcement and the department. If you know of any wonderful colleagues who might want to join us, please pass this on to them.

Claus Langfred is chairing the search, but I would also be happy to talk with you if you want more information about us. I can say I'm very happy to be at Mason and think we have a wonderfully collegial group of fine scholars and teachers.

    Cheers,
    David
