Dear GDO Colleagues:

            I am writing to this list to solicit your responses to the revised Academy of Management Code of Ethics.  There are several statements in the Code, many of which are retained from the previous version of the Code, that pertain to gender and diversity.  I am always much smarter when I listen to my colleagues, and I would love to see some discussion of the Academy's Code of Ethics and how it fits with our concerns in the GDO Division on this list.  If this is of interest to you, please send your comments and help to make me smarter!  Thanks so much.  --  Gayle
