Equal Opportunities International, with a new editor and editorial team, is committed to becoming a home for excellent research papers on equality, diversity, and inclusion and the journal of choice for scholars in the field. The EOI editor, Mustafa Ozbilgin, Finola Kerrigan (Book Reviews editor), the editorial board, and I (Professional Insights editor) are focusing on scholarly rigor, increased citations, and improved status of the journal. Its new publisher, Emerald, is committed to supporting the GDO division as well.
