    Dear GDO Division members,

     

    EFMD and EABIS have been asked by the European Commission to survey European and International business school activity on the subject of diversity management, particularly focusing on curriculum development, teaching and research.

     

    As a member of the AoM Gender and Diversity in Organizations Division, we would be delighted to have your insights and perspective via this Survey. We would therefore like to ask for 20-30 MINUTES of your valuable time to learn about your institution’s activities around diversity management.

    Some of you have already received a personal invitation to complete this Survey (identified by your Dean or as a European member of the GDO). If so, please use the personal link to complete the Survey. We do apologise for any cross-postings. If you are not sure your institution already completed the Faculty Survey, feel free to check with Sara Bonanni at sara.bonanni@eabis.org.

     

    This Survey builds on an institutional questionnaire to which almost 250 Deans and Directors have responded.

     

    The first results of the study will be presented at an international Symposium on Monday June 23 2008, at <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">ESADE Business School</st1:city>, <st1:state w:st="on">Madrid</st1:state>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">Spain</st1:country-region></st1:place>. The objective of the Symposium is to discuss ways of enhancing cooperation between the academic and the business world in this area. Interested faculty are encouraged to participate in this event (you can indicate so in the survey).
