I am a charter member of the editorial board of Women in Management Review.

My textbooks Managing Diversity: People Skills for a Multicultural Workplace, Pearson Custom -

is in this 7th edition and is used by over 25 universities.

I am a Professor of Management at San Francisco State University (since 1973).
