    INVITATION - STUDY OF INCLUSION AT WORK

    We are students at the California School of Business and Organizational Studies, at Alliant International University in San Diego, currently pursuing our Ph.D. in Consulting Psychology. Together with Dr. Bernardo M. Ferdman, we are conducting an online research study focusing on people's sense of connection to their work and their workgroup, and the factors associated with that experience. We would like to include your perspective and experiences as part of our study to help us learn more about the feelings of acceptance, engagement, and connection at work.

    We are seeking participation from a broad and diverse range of people, 18 years of age and older, and would like to hear from anyone who is part of any workgroup in organizations of any size, regardless of role or level within the organization. The questionnaire takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. By participating, you will be contributing to the developing knowledge about people's experiences at work, and we believe most people who participate find the questionnaire thought-provoking and interesting.
