Top 25 award recipients receive their council's summary report showing overall and individual focus area results. Their recognized efforts help to build a repository of diversity council best practices for councils across the US.

Awards will be announced and presented to the top 25 council groups that lead the diversity process in their organizations and demonstrate results in the workforce, workplace and marketplace. These recipients will set the standards of excellence for diversity councils in the United States.
There is no submission fee and membership with the Association of Diversity Councils is not a requirement.
