    Hello GDO members:

    The <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management</st1:placename></st1:place> is accepting nominations for the following Career Achievement Awards Committee for 2006-2007: 

    1. Distinguished Educator Award
    2. Distinguished Scholar Practitioner Award
    3. Distinguished Service Award
    4. Distinguished Scholarly Contribution Award.

     

    The members of the award committee are: Ed Locke (<st1:state w:st="on">Maryland</st1:state>), Gary Latham (<st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Toronto</st1:place></st1:city>), Keith Murnighan (Northwestern), Michael Frese (U of Giessen, Germany) and Mary Ann Von Glinow.

    The deadline for nominations has been extended to April 30th to widen the circle of potential nominees. Please consider making one or more nominations for those awards. You may view the call for nominations and past recipients are listed on <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management</st1:placename></st1:place> website: http://www.aomonline.org/.  Click on the People and Communities, then select the "Recognition and Involvement" tab on the left menu and click on "Awards."
