I know it may seem a BIT early but I want to put the word out I am looking for
some paper contributions to round out a symposium I'd like to submit to the
AOM meeting for 2007. The central theme is around sexual harassment and the
contextual and perceptual variables that may impact our perceptions of sexual
harassment.
I currently have two papers I will be including in the symposium. One dealing
with email sexual harassment and how perceptions of harassment may differ in a
virtual context, and the other dealing with how one's emotional intelligence
may influence one's peception of a sexually harassing situation and increase
the likelihood of a more/less supportive response by the supervisor and third
party observers.
If you are interested in submitting a paper to this symposium, please let me
know. I'd be looking to include 2 or 3 more papers for this submission.
