    Dear colleagues:

I'm working on a review chapter (for the Handbook of Cross-Cultural Management Research, edited by Peter Smith, Mark Peterson, and David C. Thomas, and to be published by Sage) focusing on workforce diversity and inclusion from a cross-national/multinational perspective. I'd like to make sure to refer to as much recent empirical work on the subject as I can. To help me make sure that I've not missed key studies, I would very much appreciate it if you could send me appropriate references, particularly to your own work. (As you might imagine, I have lots of references for U.S.-based work, but fewer for research conducted outside the U.S. or spanning national boundaries.)

(To reduce list clutter, please e-mail me at bferdman@alliant.edu. I'll summarize responses to the list.)

    Many thanks and warm regards!

    -Bernardo Ferdman
