Management Faculty Position
<st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Colorado</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">State</st1:placetype> <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype></st1:place>, a land grant, Carnegie Doctoral/Research Extensive University of 23,900 students, invites nominations and applications for an Organizational Behavior faculty position. Preference will be given to individuals who hold the rank of Associate Professor, but advanced Assistant Professors will be given consideration. These positions will report directly to the Department Chair in the Department of Management at the CSU College of Business. Specific responsibilities: Responsibilities include conducting research leading to scholarly publications in high quality, nationally recognized journals, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, and service to the College, University, profession and community. Successful candidates will be able to teach the college core course in organizational behavior with the potential to teach additional undergraduate courses on leadership, teams, and/or decision making, as well as graduate courses in <st1:place w:st="on">OB</st1:place> as needed.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must have an earned terminal degree in Organizational Behavior or a related field from an IAME/AACSB accredited institution. Successful candidates will have a strong research program in process. Evidence of teaching experience in a survey organizational behavior/management course or related area is required.
Preferred qualifications: Teaching experience in international <st1:place w:st="on">OB</st1:place> and global sustainability is desirable.
The Department of Management is one of five departments in the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">College</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Business</st1:placename></st1:place>, with primary foci of Organizational Behavior/Leadership, Entrepreneurship/Strategy, and Supply Chain Management. We are a growing department of ten tenure/tenure track faculty and expect to add several new faculty members in the near future.
