The Lehman Brothers Centre for Women in Business at <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">London</st1:placename> <st1:placename w:st="on">Business</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">School</st1:placetype></st1:place> is seeking to recruit a Research Assistant/Research Fellow.
The Lehman Brothers Centre conducts cutting edge research on women in business. The successful candidate will engage in high quality research which lies within the Centre's research priorities. The research priorities include gender and innovation in teams, gender and career advancement, gender in management education and gender and entrepreneurship. The post will offer substantial opportunity to both participate and contribute to the Centre. This post is for one year initially.
The successful candidate will hold a PhD or a good Master's degree from a leading institution with a strong quantitative background in survey methodologies, particularly multivariate data analysis, and/or a strong qualitative background, particularly in ethnographic methods and/or discourse analysis. The researcher should be passionate about and have experience in studying issues around gender, innovative processes in teams, career advancement, management education and entrepreneurship.

- A research proposal giving details of a research project the candidate would like to conduct clearly outlining how the research would fit within the Centre's research priorities (up to 5,000 words including bibliography, double spaced lines).
