Sorry for the crossposting, but I am now working on a paper about looking to antecedents (personality) and consequences of being mentored (self efficacy, satisfaction, likelihood of being a mentor). Has anyone suggestions on publications related to that??
I attended at Phillis a lot of the proposals sponsored by GDO division and I must recognize that I enjoyed all of them.
