Dear GDO Members:
As you may know, David Kravitz and I are editing the 2008 special issue of the Academy of Management Learning and Education journal entitled Diversity Education and Training: What We Know and What We Need To Learn.
Along with the regular editorial board of AMLE, we would like to include reviewers who especially familiar with research on diversity education and training. Thus, I am writing to solicit reviewers from the GDO list. If you are willing to review for the special issue (expect to begin receiving papers in mid-September, with a 4 to 5 week turnaround time), please reply to the e-mail (reply to me only, rather than hitting reply to all), answering the following questions.
1. Are you willing to review for the Special Issue?
If yes, which sections?
Research and Reviews? (These are standard journal articles.)
Essays? (These are more likely to be position papers.)
2. Have you previously reviewed? (Answering "no" does not preclude you from reviewing for the special issue.)
If yes, for which entities?
GDO or other Academy of Management Division?
AMLE?
JME?
Other Journals? (list one or two)
Please provide any other info you think may be useful.
Thanks for your willingness to help make this special issue one of which we can all be proud.
Best,
Myrtle and David
