I am conducting a review of workforce diversity content in introductory HR texts, as part of a resource review for a special issue on Diversity Education and Training that will be published in the Academy of Management Learning & Education journal. Guest editors for the special issue are Myrtle Bell and David Kravitz.
I am seeking listserv participant input in two areas:
1) Opinions on which introductory HR textbooks present diversity issues particularly well.
2) Suggested criteria for evaluating and comparing textbooks on their treatment of workforce diversity issues.
