Hi all,
Apologies for the cross-postings.
I was recently talking about the practice of deliberately downdrading appraisals to create a paper trail before terminating an employee (c.f., Longnecker, et al). Someone asked if I knew of specific orgs that have done this to get rid of individuals in a protected group. Can anyone direct me to some examples of this?
Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!
