Call for Papers:
I am writing to encourage you to submit your work on diversity to the Journal of Managerial Psychology (JMP). The editorial objectives are listed below:
The Journal of Managerial Psychology concerns itself with the wider aspects of human resource management derived from the application of psychological theory and practice. One goal of the journal is to develop a better understanding of behavior in organizations and disseminate knowledge about the factors that influence it. A second is to promote the use of sound psychological theories for increasing the effectiveness of organizations and enhancing the welfare of employees.
We are very interested in receiving papers on diversity-related topics. Thus, I do hope you will submit your work to the journal.
