    Dear GDO Colleagues:
     
        Below you will find the content of the newest issue of Group and Organization Management, along with links to access the articles.  As you may remember, GOM was edited for the past three years by Alison Konrad, who not only did a marvelous job with the journal, but also was diligent about working to get GDO content into the journal.  The new editor, Yehuda Baruch, is also someone who will be happy to have GDO content in the journal.  So please consider this journal as a potential outlet for your work.  And happy 2008!  --   Gayle Baugh, University of West Florida
