My doctoral student, Michael Kwan, and I are conducting a meta-analysis on
the antecedents and consequences of work-family enrichment (and related
concepts such as facilitation, positive spillover, and enhancement). To
provide a comprehensive assessment of the relationships, we would like our
study to include unpublished and “in press” manuscripts as well as articles
that have already been published.
If you have an unpublished or in press manuscript that examined
relationships involving work-family enrichment, facilitation, positive
spillover, or enhancement, we would appreciate your sending me an
