POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Director, Diversity Recruiting is responsible for development
and execution of a short and long range diversity recruiting strategy to
support talent needs for external hires, internal movement and sourcing
pipeline talent. He/she will partner with Diversity & Inclusion, and the
business to capitalize on existing Professional and Diversity Association
relationships and will recommend and build new relations for the future to
impact sourcing, recruitment, internal development and career pathways.
He/she will be responsible for the development and execution of: diversity
and career event strategy; intern strategy; innovative candidate sourcing
solutions; social media utilization. He/she will assist the recruitment
team refine their individualized target strategies for identifying talent
and will act as mentor/coach for all diversity initiatives.

Recruiting
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as the thought leader for diversity recruiting to support
external recruitment and internal movement of diverse talent.
• Responsible for development and implementation of an innovative
diversity recruiting strategy to support open requisitions and pipeline
sourcing needs. This strategy will be developed in collaboration with the
Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management, Multi-Cultural Markets &
Community Responsibility teams and will support the enterprise Diversity &
Inclusion Strategy.
• Collaborate with Diversity & Inclusion to identify external
partners and diversity national and local events that will grow into
sources of diverse pipelines. Responsible for Relationship Management and
implementation strategies for recruiting needs.
• Responsible for management of the Partnership Inc. relationship
to build internal development opportunities and external sourcing networks.
• Partner with ERG leaders to build a strategy and process that
encourages referrals
• Ownership of the intern strategy/implementation & career
diversity recruiting event strategy and tactical plan.
• Develop strategies and tactics to increase pipeline sources
through social media.
• Create Career Pathways programs for internal movement of talent
across the enterprise.
• Act as the diversity recruiting subject matter expert as
recruiters build and refine individual recruiting strategies to support
lines of business diversity recruiting needs
• Measure effectiveness of strategies through metrics
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree required
• Knowledge of diversity markets, associations and talent.
Experience developing and implementing diversity programs and relationships
• Knowledge of recruiting process and requirements
• Excellent project management skills; ability to lead and motivate
cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships that translate into
deliverables
• Ability to foster an environment of constructive dialogue to
focus on problem-solving and engaging others in solution generation
• Must be execution focused and results oriented; ability to
translate need into strategy and then action
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; fully developed
influencing skills.

We pay competitive base salaries and we reward performance. Our salary
