I am requesting inclusions to the newest newsletter to be released
around the first of June--calls for papers, any announcements for this
years' Academy meetings, etc. Please follow these directions for
submitting your piece:
1. Please put the announcement in a MS Word document (or paste it in
the text of an email if you do not have MS Word). Make sure you include
any contact information
2. If possible, use Times New Roman text, 12 point font. We'll then
format it to fit the template. Please don't use any formatting that is
not necessary so as to make sure no files become corrupt. However, if
you have a graphic you'd like included (not clip art, but any logos,
etc.) feel free to include that in the file as a jpg or gif file and
we'll include it in the pdf version of the newsletter
3. EMAIL your submission to me at

23th AT THE LATEST--THE SOONER THE BETTER.
