POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER/PROJECT COORDINATOR
Professor Dietz is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to
collaborate on research projects. The projects are in the areas of
workforce diversity and employment discrimination. The individual will be
hired on a full-time basis for one year (with a possible extension to two
years).
Candidate profile
Ph.D. or doctorate (or in the final stages of completion of a doctorate)
in industrial psychology, psychology, management (with an emphasis on
organizational behavior) or a field related closely to
industrial/organizational psychology from a recognized university.
Substantive knowledge in at least one of the following domains: workforce
diversity, employment discrimination
Relevant publications or work in progress in areas related the projects.
Thorough knowledge of methodology (study design) and quantitative analyses
including multivariate statistical analyses and structural-equation
modeling.
The ability to write in English at a scientific level is required.
Knowledge of French and/or German will be a plus.
Brief summary of responsibilities -
Preparation of research materials
Data gathering
Conducting statistical analysis
Interpretation of findings
Drafting of reports and publications related to findings
The salary will be Swiss Francs 70,000 per annum.
