    Dear Colleagues,

I am conducting a systematic review of the literature on 'global talent management'. I would be grateful if you could direct me to key sources in this field. If you have work in this field, in particular on regions and countries in the below list, I would love to receive a copy of your work for inclusion in my report to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

    -          Europe (not exclusively but particularly emerging economies in Europe, including Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Cyprus, Malta, Poland, Hungary, Serbia/Balkans, Russia)

    -          Asia (Southeast/East ideally to include South East = Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and East = Hong Kong, Taiwan and China)

    -          Middle East (not exclusively but particularly UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia)

Specifically, the review I am conducting relates to global talent issues of a country/geographic region's cultural, religious, educational and constitutional issues that may impact or influence a global organisation's ability to acquire and manage talent.

    Kind regards

    Mustafa Ozbilgin
