Dr. Karambayya and I are working on a book chapter on "Women in Management in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Canada</st1:place></st1:country-region>" to be edited by Ron Burke and Marilyn Davidson. It is an update to the "Women in Management Worldwide" book that they had edited about 5 years ago. The intent is to profile advances in research and practice around the issue of women in management worldwide. We are searching for new or emerging work that would speak to either the experience of women in management in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Canada</st1:place></st1:country-region> or to company initiatives around diversity that you would be willing to share with us.
