Our campus has just launched a climate survey addressed to faculty, staff and students. It covers a broad range of issues. I tried to send a list of all the items, but it exceeded the allowable size for this listserv, so if you would like a list of the items, please contact me. Also, I assessed awareness and appreciation for diversity in our intercollegiate athletics department a few years ago, and modified a scale developed by Donna Chrobot-Mason and Alison Konrad. We presented the results at SIOP. If you'd like a copy of the paper we presented (which includes the items), please send me a note.

Hello! My colleague is looking for a scale that measures "diversity awareness", and I was hoping that some of the GDO members could point her in a good direction.
