ACE is launching a national search for Vice President, Leadership Development and Inclusion/Director, Office of Women in Higher Education (OWHE). Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Programs and Services, this position will be responsible for a consortium of units (Center for Effective Leadership, ACE Fellows Programs, Center for Advancement of Racial and Ethnic Equity) dedicated to developing diverse, skilled and qualified leaders for national higher education senior leadership positions. The Vice President will provide a data-driven strategic direction to define and address issues related to the leadership pipeline in higher education. In addition, as the Director of the Office of Women in Higher Education, this position will be responsible for defining and addressing issues related to equity for women leaders in higher education. The search will be conducted with respect for the confidentiality of candidates.
