    I am thinking about putting together a symposium on green organizations and what it means to be green.    If you have a piece that you think might fit with this theme and have not yet reached the "Rule of Three", please contact me with a brief description of your study or conceptual paper ASAP.
     
    Topics might include defining characteristics of green organizations, performance implications of being green, human resource considerations and decision making in green organizations, employee motivation for participation in and sustainability of green organizational strategies, etc.
