Hi All,
Sorry - I'm reposting this request for Lynda because I left out her
email address the first time.
Be well,
Bobbie

Hi Colleagues,
I hope you can help.
My doctoral dissertation topic is: Workforce diversity in the senior
executive service: Exploring African American women's perceptions of
success factors necessary to gain appointments in the federal senior
executive service. I plan to conduct a quantitative study to
identify perceived success factors and measure relative importance
among them. I will also conduct a comparative analysis between
perceptions of SES and those of GS15 and GS14. I seek to measure
perceptions of the variables: mentoring, informal networks, role
models, emotional intelligence (or
impression management) and organizational diversity practices.
Is anyone aware of an instrument that measures these factors? I will
develop an original instrument only if I can't find one that meets my
needs.
Thanks in advance for your recommendations.
