A colleague and I are looking for unpublished and in-press studies on
faultlines. We are interested in empirical studies that investigate the
effects of faultlines on individual and team processes (e.g., conflict,
cooperation) and outcomes (e.g., satisfaction, performance, learning). If
you have such studies, please email them to me at
smthat01@louisville.edu.
We will use any working papers or data analysis results that you share with
us only for the purposes of the meta-analysis.
