Hi everyone,
I am looking for a scale (or scales) that measures perceptions that 1) there is glass ceiling in occupations/job fields numerically dominated by men (specifically, STEM fields), and 2) that occupations/job fields that are numerically dominated by women are more welcoming for women and easier to combine work and family.
Do you know of any measures or even items in the literature that assess these constructs? If so, would you please contact me backchannel?
