    Greetings:

Please join me in congratulating Dr. Kecia Thomas (kthomas@uga.edu), who
was elected a Fellow of the Society of Industrial and Organizational
Psychology (SIOP). The official recognition took place last week at
their annual conference. Kecia is a distinguished diversity scholar and
an active member of the Gender and Diversity in Organizations (GDO)
Division of the AoM, having served two terms as an Executive Committee
member, as well as reviewer, session chair, discussant, etc. Further,
she is a role model and mentor for faculty members (junior and senior)
    and students.

    Thanks! Have a great day!

Fortunately, I had the opportunity to see Kecia receive her Fellow status
at the SIOP Plenary session last week, and also to congratulate her in
person. This honor is well-deserved and --- congratulations again, Kecia!
