One of my masters students is conducting a meta-analysis of sexual harassment and diversity training effectiveness for her thesis.  If you have done any research in this area, please read her e-mail below, so that we may include your work in this study.  In addition to file-drawer studies, you're also welcome to send her citations of your published work (or work you know) to make sure they showed up in her initial lit searches.

Dear Colleagues:
 
I am conducting a meta-analysis for my Master's thesis on the effectiveness of anti-discrimination workplace training (to include both sexual harassment and diversity training).  For this I am looking for quantitative studies that evaluate anti-discrimination training outcomes.
 
I believe I have gathered all published studies on this topic, but if you have any related published or unpublished studies, I would appreciate you sending them to me at heatherasano@gmail.com.  Anyone interested in obtaining the results or the reference list is also welcome to contact me.
