**apologies for any cross posting **

We are conducting a meta-analysis on the impact of women at board level on organizational performance. Specifically, we are looking at the impact of female representation at board level (Blau's Index, proportion of women, number of women, women/no women) on performance (Tobin's Q, Market to book ratio, return on assets, return on equity, return on investment, return on sales). If you have any studies not published in academic journals (e.g. technical reports, white papers, unpublished manuscripts), we would appreciate receiving them, so we can include them in our study.

Thank you in advance for your help.
