    Happy New Year everyone!  We (the GDO newsletter staff) hope that your holiday season has been delightful.
    We are seeking material for our forthcoming February 2010 GDO Newsletter. Articles can be submitted to Nicole Cundiff at karim@siu.edu. Please do not send responses back to the list serve.

    We want to hear about the recent activities and accomplishments of GDO members. We're also interested in posting announcements that would interest GDO members. We will accept submissions until Tuesday, January 19th.

    We look forward to hearing from you soon!

    GDO Members,

    The Newsletter staff is currently seeking articles to be submitted for our next Newsletter scheduled for June 1st. Articles can be submitted to Nicole Cundiff at karim@siu.edu; please do not send responses back to the list serve.

    We are interested in hearing about the recent activities of our members or any announcements that would be of interest. We will be taking submissions until Friday, May 14th; so please be sure to take that date into consideration when sending in submissions.

    Dear GDO Members,
    What a wonderful time we all had in Montreal this year! There were amazing presentations, plenty of social events for collaboration, and beautiful sights to behold. If you would like to share your experiences of the conference, dictate planned projects that resulted from collaboration at the conference, or give us an update on your status since we met, please send in a submission to the newsletter and we will be delighted to share your news with the membership. We are requesting that you send your announcements, updates, and reflections from the conference to us by September 14th. The Newsletter is due to be published on October 1st, please take this date into account when sending in items such as conference proposals or other items with deadlines.

    We look forward to working with you on this project!
