    Tenure-Track – Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management (OB/HRM)

     

    The Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions in OB/HRM at the rank of assistant professor, starting July 1, 2017.

     

    Qualifications for these positions include a PhD (or completion of a PhD within one year of employment start date) with an emphasis in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or related discipline. The successful candidates must have exceptional research potential including: (a) the demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier journals, and (b) the potential to maintain a highly productive research agenda. The ability to teach effectively in undergraduate and graduate courses is also required.

     

    Application requirements include:

    ·         a curriculum vitae;

    ·         a summary of research objectives;

    ·         best/selected research article(s);

    ·         a teaching summary that includes a brief description of teaching experience and effectiveness including teaching evaluations, if available;

    ·         three academic referees to submit reference letters to obptac@wlu.ca before the application deadline (see below).
