My colleagues and I are conducting a meta-analysis on diversity climate and organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and performance. We have already searched databases of published articles, dissertations, and the conference programs for SIOP and AoM. However, if you have any unpublished studies or in-press papers concerning diversity climate with any of the following organizational outcomes (organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and performance), we would greatly appreciate including them.
