    Dear Colleagues,

My name is Kristen Jones and I am a doctoral student in IO Psychology at
George Mason University. I am currently working on a meta-analysis
examining the outcomes (e.g., job and health-related) of discrimination
(subtle vs. explicit). We are in the process of searching for unpublished
studies to include in our meta-analysis. If you have any research on this
topic that is either in press or not yet submitted and would be willing to
share the paper with us for inclusion in our meta-analysis, please email
    me atkjonesz@gmu.edu.

Thanks so much for your time!
    Best,
    Kristen
