Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Management (Human Resource Management)
Position Description: The Department of Marketing and Management in the College of Business Administration at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) invites applications for an open faculty position in Human Resource Management (HRM).
The expected starting date will be Fall 2011. This will be a tenure track position, rank open. Salary and benefits are AACSB competitive and appropriate for experience and qualifications. Responsibilities include scholarly research and publishing findings in top management academic journals, good pedagogy, and service on faculty committees.
Required Qualifications: Minimum qualifications for appointment at the Assistant Professor rank is a completed PhD in a related field by start date from an AACSB accredited university. Knowledge of Human Resource Management reflected in prior publications and/or work experience highly desirable. For appointment at the Associate or Full Professor rank, a substantial and continuing body of research in top peer-reviewed scholarly journals in management is required. Good interpersonal and communication skills are important.
