Hi Lisa
I teach 'Gender and Diversity in Organisations to research Masters (not MBA) and have done for a number of years. I will send you my curriculum and readings for 2010 and it obviously as a non-US focus but may be of interest for that reason.
best wishes

Hi colleagues,
I'm going to be teaching my first diversity course, aimed at masters-level students, and am trying to decide whether to use a text or a collection or articles. If you have any advice for me as I put together my syllabus over the next two weeks, I would really love to hear it. In particular:
· Have you found a text that you like (preferably one with good cases or exercises)?
· Can you recommend any articles that have really "grabbed" your students?
· Do you have any recommendations for videos or exercises that work well?
o I recently found this video clip which I plan to use during my lecture on stereotypes. It's part of the TED series. You might want to check it out: http://www.youtube.com/user/tedtalksdirector?blend=1&ob=4#p/search/1/D9Ihs241zeg
o I also just ordered a few DVDs from ABC Nightline news. After I watch them, I'll report back if any of them seem appropriate for a diversity class.
· Or if it's easier, do you have a syllabus that you'd be willing to share with me?
Thanks very much for your input.
Lisa
