    Dear colleagues:

As the spring semester creeps closer and closer, I would like to share with you the exciting plans for the 2011 IOOB Conference, designed by and for graduate students. Please share the information below with your students. This is a great opportunity for them to learn, develop, and network (and to enjoy beautiful San Diego in March).

    Thanks!

Attention All Students: Please come to the 32nd Annual IOOB Conference at Alliant International University, in sunny San Diego, CA. The conference will be held from March 4-6, 2011. The conference theme is "Creating Impact: Maximizing the Influence of I-O Psychology and Organizational Behavior." This will provide participants with insights into combining I-O psychology/OB theory and practice to maximize the impact our profession can have on leaders, teams, organizations and individuals. By attending, you will have the opportunity to interact with well-known professionals from the field, including speakers such as Marshall Goldsmith, Susan Nero, Jone Pearce, Diane Halpern, Ron Riggio, Dale Thompson, and others. Registration is now open and can be accessed by visiting the 2011 IOOB Website, http://www.ioob2011.com. We are still accepting proposals! There is still time to submit your work and have the opportunity to share your research with others in the field. The deadline for submission is January 10, 2011. Check out the website for details and the submission form. We look forward to seeing you at the 2011 IOOB Conference where we will explore creating impact for you, others, and the organization!!
