Dear Colleagues:
We are organizing a presenter symposium on Positive Work Relationships for submission to the August, 2016 Academy of Management Conference in Anaheim, CA. Presentations could address such questions as: What are the characteristics of positive work relationships? What are the factors that predict the development of positive work relationships? What are the outcomes of positive work relationships? How are positive work relationships linked to inclusiveness in diverse work organizations?
If you would like to participate as a presenter, please submit a 150 – 200 word abstract of your paper to Alison Konrad at akonrad@ivey.uwo.ca. Stacy Blake-Beard, Jennifer Jones-Morales and Alison Konrad will select those 4 – 5 papers that best fit the symposium focus on positive work relationships and also that fit together to create an integrated session.
Please submit your abstracts by midnight (New York City Time) December 21, 2015.
