    Organizational Psychology Core Faculty Position - Alliant-San Diego

     

    The Organizational Psychology Programs, part of the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, announce a core rolling contract track faculty position opening at the Assistant to Associate Professor level at our San Diego campus. The position requires primary expertise in quantitative research methods/statistics as well as a content area related to our Master's and Doctoral programs in I-O, Consulting Psychology and Dual 

    I-O/Clinical Psychology. Although all areas of specialization who are qualified in quantitative research methods/statistics will be considered, content expertise in personnel psychology is particularly desired. Duties include: teaching graduate (primarily doctoral) courses, supervising dissertations/research projects, and publishing in major journals in the field. Applicants must have an earned PhD in Organizational Psychology (or a closely related field) and present evidence of scholarly publications.
