    GDO Colleagues,

Please join us from 3:15 to 5:15 pm at the Hilton Atlanta in room 401 for the PDW "Building Effective Allyship in Organizational and Educational Contexts," organized by Greg Beaver and me. Now, more than ever, is a crucial time for supporting people from marginalized communities in their struggles to achieve parity and well-being. Yet, even among those of us who have dedicated ourselves to contributing to these efforts, there is room to improve. Moreover, we need a more robust literature on allyship at the organizational and individual levels.

Come together with us to talk about how to better support our own students, how to engage with social justice movements of other communities, and how to motivate and build allyship by organizations. We will also focus on generating research ideas and potential collaborations. That's a lot to get done in two hours, and we need your help!

    Safe travels, everyone!
